2010 Track Rules
ATTN: ALL DRIVERS - are required to have a Raceceiver for 2010.
UMP Sanctioned using Brownstown Rules
Indiana Late Model Series rules.
UMP Modifieds will follow 2010 UMP rules.
Super Stocks will be UMP sanctioned as UMP Sportsman.

Minors in the Pits Policy
Minors are allowed. To be admitted, according to our insurance policy, EVERYONE 17 YEARS AND YOUNGER entering the pit area must have a PARENT SIGNATURE RELEASE FORM on file. Then a MINOR WAIVER FORM must be signed every week by any person 17 years of age and younger upon entering the pit area.
Alcoholic Beverages in Pits
Alcoholic beverages of any kind are NOT ALLOWED in the pit area during any racing event. Anyone caught with or under the influence of such beverages will result in immediate ejection from the grounds and/or suspension and/or arrest. Drivers are responsible for the actions of crew members and anyone else associated with the race team, and may face driver and/or car suspension for violations.
Policy On Pill Draw
Before a pill for a starting position will be allowed to be drawn, the race car must be present at the track or "drivers only" may draw a number for his/her race car only, if the race car has not yet made it to the track. No one else may draw a number until the race car is present. No driver may draw for another driver or race car. Also the track will not draw a number for anyone.
