Zach Sasser is Scott Patman Memorial Winner...
Cain, Carr, Lewis & Waggoner are Victorious.

May 2,2026 - Saturday night was the annual running of the Scott Patman Memorial for Pewter Hall Super Stocks. Thanks to many sponsors, this year's event had a record purse paying $2900 to win and $329 to start with several special bonuses and lap money.

Zach Sasser picked up his second career Scott Patman Memorial for "Pewter Hall" Super Stocks getting the win from his eleventh starting spot. Lee Hobbs would lead the first seventeen of the twenty-nine laps until Sasser took over on lap eighteen and pulled away to lead the rest of a caution free event. Hobbs ran second followed by Jeremy Helton, Isaiah Sasser, and Colton Sullivan. Zach Sasser also received the "Slim Fast" hard charger award for passing the most cars.

Make it two for two for Tyler Cain in Pro Late Models. Tyler Cain would lead all laps of the Pro Late Model feature to record his second win of the year. Following Cain was Conner Mertens, Zach Stalker, Max Olmsted, and Zack Burton.

Four races, four wins for Preston Carr in the Bearded Hobo Brewery & Pub Pure Stocks. Carr jumped to the lead on lap one and held off nineteenth starting Austin Hunter to lead all the feature laps for the win. After Carr and Hunter was Josh Turner, Tyler Rodgers, and Dustin Foster.

In Weston Auto Wrecking Crown Vics, Eric Lewis scored his first win of the year. Bryson Clark, Dalton Fleenor and Eric Lewis would battle for the lead in the early laps of the race. Fleenor and Lewis would pull away and continue to run hard for the lead. Lewis would pull away in lapped traffic to go on and score the win. Fleenor maintained second with Jesse Stewart Jr., Jason Cranmer, and Blake Daniels trailing.

Davey Waggoner scored his first win of the year in NAPA of Brownstown Hornet action. Robert Lee took the early lead until Waggoner took over and pulled away from the field to take the win. A great race took place from second to fifth the entire race. Marshall Claycamp ended up second with Kaleb Caudill, Robert Lee, and Jeremy Shemwell completing the top five.

Derek Groomer Wins Slingin Dirt Super Late Model Feature...
Isaiah Sasser, Preston Carr, Mike Bailey, & Josh Arthur are Winners.

April 25, 2026 - The Slingin Dirt Super Late Model Series kicked off their inaugural race season Saturday night at the Speedway. They were joined for the evening by the Super Stocks, Pure Stocks, Crown Vics and Hornets.

Derek Groomer picked up the first ever Slingin Dirt Super Late Model Feature. Jared Bailey and Matt Boknecht brought the field to the green. Groomer powered to the front to lead lap one. Boknecht would take the lead from Groomer on lap twelve, but the yellow would fly making Groomer the leader again as he led the last completed lap. Groomer would go on to stretch out the lead, but Boknecht would catch Groomer once again with 5 laps to go, but just couldn't get to the lead before the checkers. Following Groomer and Boknecht at the finish was Tyler Collins, David Webb, and Devin Gilpin.

A Sasser would find victory lane again in Pewter Hall Super Stocks. This week it would be Isaiah Sasser. Jeremy Helton took the early lead until Zach Sasser took over the lead with Isaiah Sasser moving to second place. Zach would spin in turn two off the nose of Isaiah giving the lead to Isaiah. Isaiah would lead the rest of the way for the win with great racing from second on back. Following Isaiah Sasser was a charging Isaiah Smith, Jeremy Helton, Brad Cummings, and Colton Sullivan.

Make it three straight wins in Bearded Hobo Brewery & Pub Pure Stocks for Preston Carr. Jt Huffman took the lead at the green, but an early caution slowed the race. On the restart Preston Carr jumped the start and would be penalized several spots at the next yellow. It wouldn't matter as Carr eventually found his way to the front and passed Huffman for the lead to score his third win of 2026. Dustin Foster, JT Huffman, Cody Ellison, and Zach Johnson completed the top five.

Mike Bailey would get the victory in Weston Auto Wrecking Crown Vics. Bryson Clark led the first eight laps before exiting the track with mechanical issues. Matt Cranmer took over the lead with Todd Cain, Dalton Fleenor, and Jesse Stewart Jr. trailing. As the top four encountered lap traffic the top three cars would spin and fourth running Jesse Stewart Jr. would get a flat in the accident. Fifth running Mike Bailey would become the leader and go on to score the win over Stacie Fitzgerald, Brandon Lange, Eric Woods, and Brett Ellison.

NAPA of Brownstown Hornet feature action would see Josh Arthur dominate the feature event, leading flag to flag for the victory. Good racing thru the field would shake out with Kaleb Caudill, Jeremy Shemwell, Davey Waggoner, and Scott Smith following Josh Arthur at the finish.

April 11,2026 - Opening points night was delayed one week due to weather, but the 2026 points season kicked off Saturday night with Pro Late Models, Super Stocks, Pure Stocks, Crown Vics and Hornets all on hand for the evening.

Tyler Cain kicked off 2026 with a victory in Pro Late Models. Zach Stalker jumped to the early lead with Jug Wethington and Cain making it a good three-way battle for the lead. Wethington took his turn at leading and began to open up a good margin. After a caution near the half-way mark, Cain took the lead for good to score the win. A charging Tucker Chastain would take second followed by Jug Wethington, Brent McMillan, and Caleb Schryer.

Defending "Pewter Hall" Super Stock champion Zach Sasser started off the new season by parking in victory lane. Zach Sasser would lead all the feature laps with brother Isaiah Sasser taking second over Jeremy Helton, Colton Sullivan, and Jack Roberts.

Preston Carr went back-to-back in Bearded Hobo Brewery & Pub Pure Stocks scoring his second feature win of the year. Carr, Blake Hull, and Dustin Foster all took a turn at leading during the race. Carr took the lead back with seven laps to go and held it the rest of the way. Foster would take second ahead of Brad Kemp, Blake Hull, and Kevin Streeval.

The Crown Vic feature would see Jesse Stewart Jr. and Matt Cranmer battle for the lead. Jesse Stewart Jr. took over the lead for good to record the first win of 2026. Bryson Clark, Matt Cranmer, Todd Cain, and Wayne Shoff completed the top five.

The closest finish of the night was witnessed in NAPA of Brownstown Hornet feature action. Josh Arthur led most of the race as Jeremy Shemwell worked his way to second. With four laps to go, Shemwell would catch Arthur. The duo raced door-to-door the rest of the race with Jeremy Shemwell taking the win by a nose at the checkers. Josh Arthur, Davey Waggoner, Marshall Claycamp, and James Simmons rounded out the top five.
