Jeremy Hines Takes Late Models, Gilpin Gets Number Five.....

Jeremy HinesMay 11, 2013 - On a night that paid tribute to Paul Crockett with Paul's family on hand, and after a rain delay, the Late Model feature didn't disappoint. Cody Mahoney and Dustin Linville would swap the lead back and forth several times, but a late race charging Jeremy Hines would spoil their fun and take home the race victory.


Hines was followed by Cody Mahoney, Dustin Linville, Greg Kendall, and Chad Stapleton at the finish.


Devin Gilpin would claim his fifth UMP Modified feature win this season at Brownstown.


Marty Cooper in the Super Stocks, Dusten Carr in Pure Stocks and Jim Price in the Hornets all visited victory lane.


Duane Hilderbrand would win in the Mini-Stocks and 2012 MMSA Champion Beau Binder would make a late race pass to get the win in the MMSA Winged Mini-Sprints.

Stapleton, R. Thomas, Woods, Hayes, Napier,
Woodward, Farney All Winners...

Chad StapeltonApril 27, 2013 - Chad Stapleton picked up his first win of the season at the track on Saturday night in a hard fought battle in the Super Late Model feature. Stapleton is the fourth different Super Late Model winner in four races this year.


Stapleton, Cody Mahoney, Tim Rivers, Joe Janowski all battled for the lead during one of the best Late Model features this season. Joe Janowski would end up second with Cody Mahoney, Tyler Allen, and Tim Rivers following. Greg Kendall, Mark Bechelli, Mason Covey, Adam Bowman, and Alan Magner would complete the top ten.


Ryan Thomas in UMP Modifieds, Bubba Woods in the Super Stocks and Josh Hayes in Pure Stocks all got their first win of 2013.


Wesley Napier would repeat in the Hornet division and Erik Woodward would get the Mini Stock victory.


Aaron Farney would take home the top spot in the ultra fast MMSA Winged Mini Sprints.

Tim Rivers Takes First Late Model Victory...
Gumm Gets 3rd Win / Allen, Carr, Napier, Goodson Winners...

April 13, 2013 - Salem, Indiana driver Tim Rivers drove to his first career Brownstown Speedway Super Late Model feature win Saturday night. Rivers took the lead on lap 14 from Ohio driver Rusty Schlenk and never looked back.

Rusty Schlenk would hold on for second, followed by Shannon Reed, Dillan White, and Mark Barber.


Rick Gumm got his 3rd Super Stock feature win out of 4 events at the Speedway this season.


Nick Allen and Devin Gilpin would swap leads numerous times during the Modified feature with Ryan Thomas right on their heals in the best feature race of the evening. Allen would get the victory, breaking Gilpin's four race win streak.


Dusten Carr would get his second Pure Stock feature this season. Wesley Napier in the Hornets and Tim Goodson in Mini Stocks would also get victories.

Barber Gets ILMS Opener / Gilpin 4 for 4....
Gumm, Carr, Crawhorn, Garrison Winners....

April 6, 2013 - Mark Barber kicked off the 2013 Indiana Late Model Series with a victory Saturday night, getting his 10th career ILMS win in the 5th season of the ILMS.

Barber was followed by Steve Godsey, Shannon Reed, Greg Kendall and Adam Bowman. Mason Covey, Tyler Allen, Britan Godsey, Shannon Allen and Matt Patus completed the top ten.


Devin Gilpin in UMP Modifieds made it four for four at Brownstown for 2013 getting another win.

Gilpin had heavy competition from Gladwin, Michigan driver David Mielke and Seymour's Matt Boknecht before pulling out his 4th feature this season.


Rick Gumm in Super Stocks and Darren Crawhorn in Bombers picked up their second season victories. Dusten Carr in Pure Stocks and Greg Garrison in the Hornets each got their first victory of 2013.

Chris Bell gets First Sprint Victory at the No Way Out 40...
Devin Gilpin, Nick Speidel Winners.....

March 30, 2013 - Chris Bell (Norman, OK) running his first ever 410 non-wing sprint car race made it a memorable one, winning the 5th annual No Way Out 40. Bell started 14th in the feature and patiently worked his way to the front to take home the $7500.00 top spot.

Dave Darland finished second with Brady Short, Jordan Kinser, and Bryan Clauson completing the top five.


Hunter Schuerenberg, Levi Jones, Justin Grant, Matt Westfall, and Josh Burton rounded out the top ten.


Kevin Thomas Jr. set fast time with a qualifying lap of 13.859, a new track record for non-wing sprint cars.


Devin Gilpin made it three for three in the UMP Modifieds, winning his third feature at Brownstown this year. Nick Speidel took home the top spot in the King of the TQ Midget series feature.
